By registering for and attending NextHub Global Summit (Event), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Registration and Admission

1.1. Attendees must register through the official registration process.

1.2. Nexticorn reserves the right to refuse admission to any individual at its sole discretion.

2. Event Participation

2.1. Attendees must wear their Event badges at all times during the event.

2.2. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.

2.3. Any form of harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the Event.

3. Photography and Recording

3.1. The event may be recorded and photographed for promotional purposes.

3.2. By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded and to the use of your likeness in any promotional material.

4. Health and Safety

4.1. Attendees must adhere to all health and safety regulations in place during the Event.

4.2. Nexticorn reserves the right to implement additional health and safety measures as deemed necessary.

5. Liability

5.1. Nexticorn will not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person or property howsoever caused during the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

5.2. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. Nexticorn accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property.

6. Cancellation

6.1. Nexticorn reserves the right to make changes to the Event program or speakers without prior notice.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. Your contact information may be shared with event sponsors and partners.

7.2. Nexticorn is committed to protecting the privacy of all attendees. All personal data will be handled and stored securely, and used only for legitimate purposes related to the Event.

7.3. Nexticorn will not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to any third parties without your explicit consent.

7.4. Nexticorn reserves the right to curate, analyze, and use data collected from attendees, including feedback, survey responses, and other interaction data, for event improvement and marketing purposes. Such curated data also will be compiled into a compendium reserved exclusively for the attendees of the event.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. During the event, attendees may be exposed to or receive access to confidential information. Confidential information includes, but is not limited to, non-public information about Nexticorn, its business activities, event sponsors, partners, speakers, compendium, and other attendees.

8.2. Attendees agree not to disclose, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise make available any confidential information including compendium prepared by Nexticorn to any third party without the express prior written consent of Nexticorn.

8.3. Attendees must take all reasonable steps to protect and maintain the confidentiality of the confidential information.

8.4. The obligation to maintain confidentiality does not apply to information that:

a. Is or becomes publicly available through no breach of these terms and conditions;

b. Is lawfully received from a third party without any obligation of confidentiality;

c. Is required to be disclosed by law, regulation, or court order, provided that the attendee notifies Nexticorn of such disclosure requirement.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia.

9.2. any Dispute shall be finally settled by binding arbitration conducted in Jakarta in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
